The True-Union Clamp is an excellent alternative to the regular sanitary clamps made of plastic or stainless steel. Since Tri-Clamps are the standard sanitary connection in the pharmaceutical and also biotechnological industry since many years, the Clamp can be used in nearly every process.
The Tri-Clamp True-Union Clamp consists of three parts: An inner ring to center the Tri-Clamp flange and the connection, an inner part with a thread, which surrounds the flange and secure it against unintended loosening and an outer union nut which locks the parts it into each other and closes the Tri-Clamp connection.
Also, the handling of the Clamp is very easy and the connection can be closed with a few simple steps. The tightening of the clamp can be done by hand or with the help of a wrench.
True-Union Clamp only consist of high-quality Natural Kynar PVDF. It has excellent physical properties and also high chemical resistances. Moreover, it is autoclavable and also gamma sterilizable.
